As an existing trade sales branch this project covered the re-design of the unit to provide separate trade counters, office & segregated warehousing to enable the client to accommodate a separate outlet for another of the company’s wholesale trade outlets.
Newly acquired by our client as an empty industrial unit, we conducted a complete internal refit on a turnkey basis including new trade counter operation, office accommodation & warehousing providing a new trade sales branch.
